I used Berenica CBD oil for a month. It helped me go to sleep faster in the evening and having a resting night. I also noticed it eased my knee pain that I experience sometimes before my period due to hormone changes. I use a couple of drops under my tongue but I also tried it on my skin. In the evening Im use it before sleep, I usually put a few drop to my wrist because its smells so good and comforting. It’s helps me to become calm, and I can fall a sleep easier. Plus it’s really effective for my pimple, I put one drop to my ugly acne before sleep, and in the morning magicly dissapeared!
